Amaranthus Chef’s Table Dinner

This plant based six course Chef’s Table is all about highlighting farm fresh vegetables. Executive Chef Sam Fabbro has invited Sous Chef Isabella Walsh from our sister restaurant Amaranthus to collaborate on this dinner for you. This plant based farm to table dinner will be created using the bounty of B.C. produce.
This dinner includes one welcome beverage and a six-course dinner for $75. Full beverage pairing available for an additional $45. Welcome at 6:30 pm, dinner at 7:00 pm.
