True to it’s tradition, the New West Film Society is a not for profit registered entity that continues to evolve the love and magic of cinema in the community. It encourages a safe and inclusive space for conversation, interaction and dialogue in the cinematic medium. It’s tour de force has been the ever growing NewWest Film Fest held annually at the end of October. It has been dubbed as the” Film Maker’s festival” giving a platform to avante garde films. This year proves to be no different with submissions from seventeen different countries dealing with myraid issues with a local and international flavour and a VFX professional developement session on the different aspects of film making.
