Queensborough’s annual festival celebrates friendship, family and the fruits of Summer!

Experience a number of fun and interesting activities (turban tying, face painting, and crafts) for adults, children and families, with Pat Emmerson sharing her extensive and entertaining salt & pepper shaker collection. The Queensborough Museum, complete with photographs and detailed histories of Queensborough’s past, is sure to teach you something new.

 And that’s not all: reminiscent of the Fall Fair of days past, there will be contests for best grown produce, flower arrangements and baked goods of the community. Try out various delicious food vendors such as Shameless Buns and more! Stay tuned to hear about additional food offerings, beer garden sponsors and some of this year’s entertainment offerings for the festival. And don’t forget: at 6:30 pm, the annual Lantern Festival will proceed! Enjoy lantern decorating and light refreshments in celebration of the Autumn Festival.
