The Vancouver Chamber Music Society opens their Winter/Spring 2022 season with the Vancouver Cello Quartet live performance on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at 7:30PM at the Anvil Centre in New Westminster. The program has been carefully curated to include a wide variety from arrangements of classical treasures from around the world including Mozart’s well-known Divertimento in D Major and Stravinsky’s Suite Italienne. With an air of light and entertaining outdoor music, this eclectic combination of classical masterpieces and hidden gems promises to be entertaining and accessible to long-time and new classical music audiences. Tickets are only $40 available online, over the phone, or at the door.

The Vancouver Cello Quartet is comprised of four dedicated professionals who celebrate the unequaled sound of four cellos through the performance of original works and arrangements for cellos. Since their acclaimed debut, the quartet has quickly won the hearts of music lovers through their performances of staples of the classical music repertoire as well as contemporary and popular works, all of which showcase the limitless possibilities of the instrument they love.
