Birdhouse Building Workshop

Make your own birdhouse! Spring is the perfect time to build birdhouses, as birds begin nesting and actively look for safe spots to lay eggs and raise their young. When you’ve finished, bring it home and watch as the birds make it their new haven! You will also gain an introduction to woodworking techniques as you use basic power and hand tools during the workshop. All materials provided. 

This workshop is hosted in collaboration with Vancouver Wooden Boat Society at Sapperton Landing Park.

WHAT:

WHO: This workshop is intended for participants 16 years of age and older.  

WHEN: Saturday, March 8th, 2pm – 4pm 

WHERE: Wooden Boat Centre at Sapperton Landing Park

COST: Pre-registration is required. 

• Early Bird (until Feb 18th) – $50 

• Regular (after Feb 18th) – $55 

• Student (Student ID Required), Senior (65 and older), or Member – $50
