"Welcome to My Renaissance", Artist Talk

After the success of James Groening’s first “Welcome to My Renaissance” exhibition in 2023, James returned with a second exhibition! This years exhibition is a celebration of young Indigenous voices and artistry. This compelling showcase honors the rich cultural heritage and creative expressions of our local Indigenous youth. Through an array of diverse artistic styles and mediums, the exhibition offers a glimpse into the dynamic narratives, traditions, and perspectives that shape Indigenous identity and resilience.
