The Braid Loft is a vibrant co-working studio and creative hub in the heart of New Westminster, where over 25 painters, sculptors, musicians, writers, digital artists, and mixed media creators come together to make and share their work.
As the public-facing location of Braid Studios, The Braid Loft hosts Open Studios on the first Saturday of every month, art shows, workshops, and mentorship opportunities that connect artists with the community in meaningful ways. We also participate in the New Westminster Crawl each year. Across our three locations in New Westminster and Port Coquitlam, we support more than 50 creatives through studio space and professional development.
Braid Studios is proudly 100% Indigenous-owned and serves as a non-traditional, inclusive space where art, growth, and cultural connection thrive.
