Do you know about the power of gratitude? Research shows practicing gratitude improves our health, happiness, relationships, productivity, and even reduces our levels of stress. Join us for a beginner friendly, Gentle Yoga & Gratitude practice overlooking the stunning Fraser River. You’ll learn how gratitude transforms your mind and your life with simple, fun ways to put gratitude into practice every day.  

 

This workshop is led by Laura O’Reilly from Yoga at the Quay. Laura’s mission is to make traditional yoga accessible for everyone.
