Starting July 11, Front Street Mews will transform into the ultimate summer street party on six Friday nights through August 22, 2025. Produced by the Downtown New West BIA, this free, family-friendly event brings the community together with live music, delicious eats, drinks, artisan vendors, and all the good vibes you need to kick off your weekend.
Whether you’re a New West local or visiting for the first time, Fridays on Front is the perfect way to experience the flavour, culture, and energy of Downtown New West. Come for the food, stay for the fun—and support the amazing small businesses that make our city shine! This year’s host is Justin Abit, a celebrated local performer known for his high-energy stage presence and community spirit. His dynamic emceeing will bring extra flair to each themed night.
Deep Roots: Indigenous Night
Join us for an evening that honours the cultures, voices, and traditions of Indigenous communities. With meaningful performances and opportunities to engage with local creators, this night invites all to come together in the spirit of respect, learning, and celebration on the shared lands of Downtown New Westminster, located on the traditional territories of the Qayqayt First Nation, Halkomelem-speaking and Coast Salish peoples.
