The ferry’s Friday night service is extended to accommodate this weekly event on Front Street! Grab a beer & a bite to eat along Front St while listening to some live music.
Visit Steel and Oak Brewing
New West’s own craft brewery, Steel and Oak Brewing differentiates itself by focusing more on English and German style beers than the common West Coast style. Just a 10 minute walk from the dock, make sure to try their limited Kaffee Blond or one of their mainstays, the Royal City Ale.
Take a stroll to Westminster Pier Park
Westminster Pier Park has it all. Stop by the concession for a snack and refreshments, continue down towards the Urban Beach, stop and seal your love at the Love Locks, and even check out the public art installation WOW Westminster.
Satisfy your taste buds at the River Market
If you haven’t hit up the River Market for lunch, you’re missing out. Some of the best restaurants in New West can be found there, from Re-Up BBQ to Freebird Chicken, whichever of the 6 you choose will leave you more than satisfied. Don’t forget to grab some ice cream from Tre Galli Gelato on your way back!
