12th Annual Mushtari Begum Festival – Tickets are now available On Saturday, September 23, the 12th Annual Mushtari Begum Festival of Indian Classical Music and Dance returns to Massey Theatre in New Westminster,BC. As one of the premiere festivals celebrating Indian classical music and dance, the MBF features Pandit Salil Bhatt from India with his own 21-stringed instrument the Satvik Veena , vocalist Dr Kamaljeet Gill (Edmonton), Kathak/Harmonium artiste Amika Kushwaha and Ghazal/Tabla Wizard Cassius Khan Music.
