Vibetown is a dynamic instrumental R&B band based in the Pacific Northwest. A unique fusion that blends and transcends genres with mesmerizing horns floating over a groove-centric rhythm section full of ardent chemistry. Their debut album “By The Water”, released in Spring 2023, is a nod to the quintet’s humble beginnings busking in Vancouver’s Olympic Village by False Creek, and their years-long residency spent on New Westminster’s waterfront at The Heritage Grill. On their first pressing, Vibetown pays respect to the diverse styles and eras of music that inspire their performances, integrating them with a fresh and contemporary approach suitable for all audiences.
