Celebrate the Summer Solstice with a tasting of an exotic array of tropical tastes.

The cacao tree is a decidedly tropical plant, so it’s no surprise that chocolate goes beautifully with neighbouring fruits: cupuaçu, coconut, pineapple, guava, passion fruit, calamansi … so many possibilities! Part of our Fun & Fanciful tastings series, this will be an evening infused with the flavours of warmth and sunshine as we explore chocolate paired with some of its best flora friends.

We’ll finish the evening off with some refreshing iced cocoa husk tea and send you off to enjoy the late dusk of the longest day of the year.
